Yes, Rejuvenation Medical accepts most major insurance plans. However, it is best to contact the clinic directly to confirm if they accept your specific insurance plan.

When we schedule an appointment and block off a time slot for you, that time is exclusively reserved for your use. If you fail to show up for the appointment, we are usually unable to fill the slot with another patient, resulting in the loss of valuable time. Therefore, kindly be informed that there is a non-show fee of $50 for any appointment that is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and not subsequently filled by another patient. Please provide your current credit card information via the secure portal.  To avoid the late fee please arrive on time for all appointments.  With sincere regret, patients appearing greater than 10 minutes late for their appointments will not be seen, and will be considered no shows.
